The Minnesota Border to Border Triathlon is North America’s premier distance-stage team triathlon consisting of a relay-style adventure. The four-day event is a 530 mile team adventure triathlon of biking, running, and canoeing while orienteering and competing in two, three and four person teams. As a team, you will:

  • Day 1 – Bike 220 miles
  • Day 2 – Bike 215 miles
  • Day 3 – Run 50 miles
  • Day 4 – Canoe 50 miles with 10 portages

We start in Luverne, in the Southwest corner of the state, and finish on beautiful Crane Lake, near the Canadian border.

The Minnesota Border to Border Triathlon is perfect for athletes looking for a unique, new challenge. It will try your fitness, orienteering skills, multi-sport abilities and mental toughness as well as introduce you to some great new friends you’ll remember the rest of your life.
